We are looking for an experienced and reliable Computer Technician to join our team. The right person will diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and related equipment to keep everything running smoothly for both customers and our internal team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and other hardware
Install, set up, and troubleshoot operating systems and software
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and system checks
Provide technical support to customers and team members
Update and keep records of repairs, service reports, and documentation
Help set up networks, printers, and other devices
Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies used by the company
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Technician (hardware & software)
Good knowledge of computer components and basic networking
Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively
Fast learner and willing to learn the company's POS/system tools
Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
