Provide technical support for customers by performing onsite troubleshooting and parts replacement for faulty equipment
Perform equipment functioning test before delivery to customer
Reformat and install Windows system for returned equipment
Ensure equipment status update in system
Prepare documents and assist in collection or delivery of equipment
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
Diploma in relevant discipline
SPM holder with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience will be considered
Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
