Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and other computer hardware
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and testing on systems
Provide technical support to customers and team members
Manage and update system records, repair logs, and service documentation
Assist in setting up networks, printers, and other peripherals
Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and technology used in the company
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
At least 2 years' experience as a Computer Technician
(hardware & software)
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
Must be a fast learner and willing to learn company POS/system tools
Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Location: No.37, Jalan BP 7/2, Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47120 Puchong Selangor
Working Hour: 10am - 7pm, Mon - Sat
