Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, peripherals and network equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

Maintenance:

Perform routine updates, security patches, system upgrades, and data backups.

Support:

Provide help desk support, guide users through problems (phone, chat, in-person), and train them on new tech.

Documentation:

Record repair details, maintenance activities, and create technical documentation.

Client Relationship Management:

Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing customers.

Sales Presentations:

Demonstrate products/services to potential clients, often virtually or in-person.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Technical:

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware components, networking basics, and common software.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and customer service.

Education:

IT Degree/Diploma or equivalence, practical knowledge and certifications (like CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly valued.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
