Hock Kim has an immediate opening for a Concrete Batch Plant Manager in Senai,
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Control quality of ready mix concrete
Safely perform all the duties associated with batching concrete while actively supporting and participating in current safety program
Effective supervision of Ready Mix Drivers at site location
Batch plant/site maintenance including all environmental reporting
Maintain raw material inventories
Must have a positive attitude
Work hours will vary and may require occasional nights and weekend work
Must be able to work overtime hours if needed
Other misc. duties as directed by GM.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have good organizational skills and good communication skills as well as writing skills
Need to have basic computer and math skills
Must be able to maintain workflow in area of responsibility
Must be able to handle breakdowns and difficult situations
Previous ready mix experienced preferred
