• Check and process all benefits or claims applications such as SOCSO, insurance claims, and financial relief received from employees.
• Perform data entry of all medical invoices into Medical Claim System and process for next level approval;
• Ensure payment requisition is raised for processed medical invoices and seek for relevant authority approval either AVP - Human Resource or C&B Manager;
• Attend to any related Compensation & Benefits related enquiries matters raised by all level of employees and refer for next level for advice if required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Possess good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
