Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan achievement of monthly GP targets including contingency and risk elements.
• Monitor and improve margins, mark ups, bill rate and hours.
• Drive cost and expense efficiencies to ensure profitability and proper return on investment.
• Evaluate all new business opportunities to ensure profitability.
• Monitor and track full time employee productivity monthly.
• Provide clear direction to all full time employee on monthly GP and KPI expectations.
• Provide continual training and coaching to assist full time employee to achieve targets.
• Provide direction and actively participate in new business development and new client wins. Ensure pipeline order level value meets budget requirements.
• Develop a sales strategy to provide focus and direction to team. Provide direction to supporting BD team to ensure focus is on branch strengths/ branch capabilities.
• Attend networking events aligned to brand positioning; Develop network of HR contacts; Work with central marketing to conduct external marketing activities; Personally educate all new hires with the branch value proposition and brand positioning - as well as local marketing techniques.
• Achieve Zero client and zero candidate complaints: Instill service culture with all team members; Publicly recognize positive behaviors; Strict discipline on non-compliance.
• Ensure compliance to Service Delivery SOP.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
General Minimum Requirements

• First Degree (MBA an advantage)
• 6 years in Recruitment Industry or 8 years in sales management with provable track record of success
• Ideally 8 years total work experience
• Fluent English - spoken and written
• Professional Presentation

Technical/ Professional Skills

• All-round Business Development Skills to prospect, make contact, negotiate, win and service new business
• Industry Expertise of local market
• People management - managing activity to achieve results
• People leadership - motivating to drive high performance.
