• Manage and own the content monitoring framework, including but not limited to policy creation, updating policies and procedures, and ensuring that due diligence process for new and existing publishers to ensure compliance with Coda\'s internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting content due diligence checks on mobile games/apps/website content to identify prohibited content or potential risks per Coda\'s prohibited content policy and produce reports of findings.
• Able to collaborate with other internal stakeholders (publisher team, legal, etc.) to address content monitoring challenges.
• Keep abreast of relevant legislation and regulations about content monitoring and providing impact analysis assessment.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on the content monitoring framework.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of investigative or content moderation experience
• In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations around content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, positive work attitude and communication and writing skills
• Highly adaptable in a fast-moving environment with a start-up mentality
• Self-starter and passionate about process improvements

Nice to Have

• Have a passion for gaming and awareness of the industry trends
• Multilingual is a plus (Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia/Thai/Burmese) due to content posted in multiple languages
