The Role: Content Management Specialist - Web Production

The Team: The Marketing Web Services team in particular is responsible for day-to-day management of company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate websites, digital assets, QA, creating and maintaining several marketing campaigns optimized to convert prospects to customers. These contributions contribute directly to the company\'s bottom line and are responsible for millions in revenue each year.

What\'s in it for You:
We are looking for a /Content Management/ Web Production Specialist with a keen focus for customer experience and a proven record of working with CMS-based, customer-facing websites in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Web Production Management and various teams to deliver excellent on-line support experience.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Web Production leads, stakeholders to create, update and maintain our web pages using a Content Management System (CMS)

Exposure to SDL Tridion CMS and/or Crownpeak CMS is a big plus. Experience with any major enterprise CMS preferred.

Ensure the quality of copy, images, videos, assets on the website are consistent with the company brand; ensure consistency of front-end customer experience.

Able to manage/plan/execute the tasks and meet desired SLAs set with the ticketing system which includes retrieving assets, communicating details of project, uploading URLs for review, and completing assigned steps.

Manage workflow and maintain deadlines of multiple, simultaneous projects, with prioritization guidance from supervisor. Provide status updates to the management and stakeholders to set expectations on timelines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact verbally and written with clients in English. Keep all parties informed on work progress, anticipate changes, and communicate these quickly, assigning remedial action and accompanying deadlines as required.

Master an understanding of permitted standard practices and requirements for the website.

Creatively address requirements with existing components.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Good understanding of Adobe tools such as Photoshop.

Good understanding of SEO principles.

Exposure with working in a collaborative and team-based project environment.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye to design consistency.

Good team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile to accomplish objectives.

Requirements:
Education/Experience

University graduate (technical streams preferred.)

Minimum of 3+ years relevant web experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired.

Knowledge of SDL Tridion and/or Crownpeak CMS is a major plus.

Experience with any major content management systems (CMS)

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Chinese language or any other Asian language is a big plus
