Roles & Responsibilities
Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices submitted by end-users regarding incorrect decisions related to copyrighted materials. Evaluate and update content on a major social media platform. Conduct content audits and prepare materials for social media publication. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of reviewed content.
Requirements & Skills
Proficiency in native language (reading and speaking). Good command of both spoken and written English. Prior experience in LPO, regulatory work, or social media platforms is an added advantage. Strong awareness of current affairs and market-specific events. Mature, analytical, and detail-oriented. Strong team player with good engagement skills.
