As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Melexis, you will
Ensure the enhancement of products performances in terms of capacity, lead time and daily discontinuities (setup issues) throughout product life time. Identify and lead potential products and processes improvements, interface with Operations, the Quality organization and the Development organization.
More specifically, you will
Advanced understanding of test flows, methods and platforms for semiconductors and sensors (including PCB schematics and test software reading)
Advanced knowledge and successful application of lean tools (such as 5S methodology and other Kaizen methods)
Applied knowledge of problem solving methods, including process improvement techniques, Six Sigma methodology and risk assessments
Applied knowledge of project management techniques
Applied knowledge in software and engineering tools/methods (e.g. Pintail, SPC, FMEA, MSA, Oracle\xe2\x80\xa6)
Able to teach the other team members within the lines of their accountabilities.
