Contract Analyst

Job Description

This role is responsible to support the contract operations, governance, and lifecycle management activities across procurement and sourcing functions. The role focuses on ensuring contracts are properly maintained, compliant with internal policies, and aligned with standard processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support contract accuracy, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Support day-to-day contract management activities in line with company policies and governance frameworks.
  • Assist in managing contract lifecycle processes, including renewals, expiries, and documentation updates.
  • Help ensure contracts are audit-ready and compliant with internal controls.
  • Maintain contract templates, records, and repository accuracy.
  • Support data cleansing and documentation integrity initiatives.
  • Assist in standardising contract management processes and templates.
  • Support alignment of contract processes within Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities.
  • Work with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure consistent documentation and practices.
  • Identify simple process improvement opportunities.
  • Support automation or digital contract initiatives where applicable.
  • Assist in highlighting potential contractual or compliance risks.

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
  • Be familiar with basic contract lifecycle processes, such as renewals, documentation updates, and compliance checks.
  • Understand general contract terms and commercial principle
  • Be detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Be comfortable working with procurement, legal, finance, and business teams.
  • Show willingness to learn, improve processes, and support governance standards.Be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with guidance when needed.
