About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Construction and Civil Engineering company, they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join their team.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcomed & encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures. Prepare and process progress claims and variation order. Prepare price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.
Job Requirements:
Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent. Conversant with MS Office, particularly easy well versed in working with Excel spreadsheets is added advantage. Experience in taking off quantities for infrastructure and building added advantage. Undertake and carry out works with responsibilities and eye for details. Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges. Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 1 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position. Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply. Willingness to work on
alternate Saturday
basis.Remuneration:
MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500
