Job Description
MohonKelayakan\xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience of relevant experience in pre and post contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good knowledge of laws.\xc2\xb7 Possess high integrity, matured with strong negotiation and inter-personal skill.\xc2\xb7 FRESH GRADUATE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.TanggungjawabResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Pre & Post contracts to coordinate closely and effectively with site staff of Project Implementation Department and Consultant on all documentations on contractors\' interim claims and variation works claims.\xc2\xb7 Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation.\xc2\xb7 Provide cost and financial advice to project team when necessary.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications and drawings.\xc2\xb7 To handle any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.Manfaat
