- Follow up all incoming leads, understand client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and preparation of quotation/ pricing.
- To carry out site visit and meeting with clients for new project enquiries.
- Review of drawings and contract documents provided by clients.
- To increase client database, and create new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong and long term business relationship with clients.
- Review of Work order/ LA/ PO and etc. issued by clients.
- To brief internal project team for every job scopes.
- Willing to work extra hours to complete the works within the timeline.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the superior and /or Management as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Construction / Surveying/ Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad & Adobe Photoshop (intermediate)
- Must have own transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, highly committed and possess good initiative and working attitude.
