Key Responsibilities: Assisting senior quantity surveyors in conducting cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budget preparations for construction projects. Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost analysis. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements. Performing site visits and inspections to assess progress, record variations, and identify potential risks. Assisting in the preparation of interim and final valuations, cost reports, and financial statements. Supporting the team in contract administration, including reviewing contractual agreements and change orders. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field would be an advantage. Solid understanding of quantity surveying principles, construction methods, and project management concepts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate construction documents. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, such as CubiCost, AutoCAD, Revit, or CostX would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
