• Lead and perform Front End Engineering activities in the civil/Structure areas which include technical feasibility studies, options evaluation, conceptual design, work scoping, schedule and cost estimation for infrastructure works such as access road, culvert and bridges, drainages, etc.
• Conduct site investigation works during concept and pre-engineering works.
• Prepare technical requirements, conduct technical evaluation and clarification of tenders/RFPs for access road and related infrastructure works.
• Perform technical studies and review technical reports.
• Lead review of design including drawing and calculations.
• Conduct site visit and inspection to ensure compliance of construction work to approved design.
• Lead standardisation of engineering design drawings and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement engineering design guidelines, checklists and lessons learnt.
• Develop and implement engineering management procedures and practices.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in Civil/structure Engineering and registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Minimum 6 years\' working experience and knowledge in civil/structural engineering design, construction, testing and inspection, operation and maintenance, project management or construction management is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD and other engineering design software\'s experience and knowledge are an advantage.
