SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Coordinate and perform front end engineering activities in the Quality Management area including work scoping.
• Prepare tender specifications and conduct tender evaluation on Quality Management requirement.
• Review of Inspection Test Plan and conduct quality audit and health check.
• Conduct site inspection to ensure compliance of construction work to approved design.
• Develop process and procedures on projects Quality Management.
• Prepare Quality performance report.
• Develop and cascade lessons learnt on quality across projects.
• Conduct trainings on Project Quality Management.
• Perform analytic review on quality non-conformance.
• Sustainability: To develop and roll-out action plans based on the gaps identified by the HSAP Official Assessment.
• To accept and lead any new tasks being assign for the sake of the project progress.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• To perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• Dealing with multi-national companies on project quality activities.
• Office-based at HQ with the rotation of 10 days working per calendar month at Baleh Hydroelectric Project Site.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min. 1-3 year working experience in relevant background.
