• Plan and coordinate the execution of transmission line projects (TtP) portfolio\'s project quality management (PQM) activities, including monitor and evaluate project quality performance, measuring of quality of works on site and perform analysis based on outputs of project quality management processes.
• Oversee the operation of PQM in transmission line projects, ensuring that they are adequately implemented as per latest revision of lSO9001or its equivalent.
• Provide project quality performance inputs to relevant stakeholders to verify the overall performance of project quality for TLP portfolio.
• Responsible for diagnosing and providing support on corrective actions for any TLP project quality management issues that arise throughout the project life cycle to ensure long term performance of project quality management system.
• Coordinate, control and monitor TLP project quality management activities to ensure work done meets PQM requirements and meets internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with TLP stakeholders, such as project management teams (PMT), capital works contracts and procurement teams (CWCP) and quality assurance unit (QA), to ensure process integration and coordination of activities relevant to PQM.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation related to TIP monthly quality performance reporting to central functions, punch list items close out status to PMT for Steering Committee Meeting (SCM), 8 quality focus areas (8QFA) indicators evaluation and construction management components which complement PQM processes for future reference, conformance purposes, and facilitate project handover.
• Provide support and guidance on PQM to TLP PMT, addressing their concerns, answering queries, and ensuring that TLP projects specific conditions/criteria are considered and met.
• Continually update their knowledge on latest project quality management, ISO 9001 requirements, analysis techniques and trending based on evaluation outcomes, to enhance their expertise and incorporate efficient and sustainable solutions in their setup, implementation, and execution of TLP PQM activities.
• Review and standardize the Project Execution Strategy (PES), Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Quality Plan (PQP), SQFA evaluation, construction management components relevant to PQM, quality management inputs to tender activities and tender evaluation criteria for quality management section under TLP portfolio.
• Monitor TLP construction activities against SQFA indicators.
• Provide guidance to junior engineer(s) in project quality management and know-how.
• Demonstrate HSSE, Project Delivery and Commercial Excellence in day-to-day operations.

• Consistency in staying objective when performing project quality management and focusing on quality management system requirements.
• Must demonstrate high learning ability and be knowledgeable about technical aspects of projects which also cover other key non-technical aspects (e.g. commercial, sustainability etc.).

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERTENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Degree in engineering discipline with minimum two - four (2 - 4) years\' experience in QAQC.
