• To assist in the development of system blueprint design (data mapping, flowcharts, specification, etc.) for E-Procurement application.
• Performing updates to system configuration and user interface, ensure system functional setup adhered to procurement guidelines.
• Assist in system testing to maintain sustainable system architecture in conformance to user requirement.
• Perform data cleansing, analysis, visualization, and report generation.
• Develop functional and technical user manual, operating procedures, and process flowcharts.
• Organize internal and external users training, onboarding activities and adoption to e-Procurement system.
• Manage helpdesk support tickets and provide resolution or workaround to internal and external end users.

• Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient at identifying key issues for effective problem-solving.
• Handle challenges in e-Procurement, troubleshoot system issues efficiently, and devise creative solutions to boost overall system efficiency.
• Contribute to user-friendly end user training and onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration process, and produce clear system documentation for easy reference.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, providing support in line with procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Displays effective communication skills, facilitating productive collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to address challenges and achieve successful solutions through teamwork.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Recognized bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Office System Management, Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in e-Procurement, IT system support and maintenance will be an advantage.
