SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Assist in providing day to day management and technical support for all SEB\'s enterprise systems which includes the following duties:
- Systems and Database management including configuring, monitoring, tuning, and providing technical support.
- Monitoring of security tools and parameters, patch management & vulnerability assessments
- User and access management.
- Incident and problem management and troubleshooting.
- Change management including overseeing, facilitating and implementing system changes.
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Multi-interfaces and interdependencies between internal ICT divisions (Infrastructure and Hosting, Network, Applications teams) as well as external parties (different implementation partners involve in projects).
- Knowledge in system administration of Windows and Linux based server Operating Systems and database technologies (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Sybase).
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
