SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Focal point to manage MOBIS (Hand-held reading system) related function in terms of timely monthly scheduling and monitoring of job completion in system.
• To coordinate the daily despatching & collection of MOBIS sets with Meter Readers (MRs) and assess the conditions (hardware & software) of every MOBIS sets.
• To support training/refresher to new & existing meter readers and provide daily 1st level support on MOBIS issues/inquiries for meter readers and MR supervisors.
• To generate and analyze relevant meter reading monthly reports including meter readers daily & monthly performance, prolonged estimation (MT66), etc and trigger next actions with line supervisors.
• To manage, coordinate and ensure timely completion, accurate clearing of blocked/implausible read and unbilled (EL27, EA05) in system within 3 days.
• To be focal person in monitoring and clearing MT66 accounts for Kuching - ie coordinate MT66 ops, assign SNs to KSSB/MRU & follow through after site check such as analysis, or route to RPU for meter inspection/replacement, etc.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):

• To be involved in coordinating the targeted full actual hand-held read (HHR) under Kuching Station, i.e. no more office estimation portions (alternate monthly read).
• To conduct analysis, checking and follow through on implausible reading cases and closely monitor the outcome of checking.
• To be involved in crucial task force such as UAT for MOBIS, MDMS and S4, wrong billing (2KEE) checking, master & sub integrity checks and BKSS discount audit.
• To review & analyse billing dispute cases timely from customers and task force teams and actively provide sound recommendation to line supervisors for decision.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Finance, Accountancy, Business Management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) application.
• Has knowledge in SAP ISU CCS.
