SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- To review / analyse the cases in MAARTS, to ascertain whether arrears bills will be issued, or the case can be closed without issuing arrears bills.
- To make sure that arrears bills are issued timely and accurately, in accordance to the target set.
- To highlight to management on the irregularities / issues detected when reviewing the cases in MAARTS.
- Honesty and high level of Integrity.
- Instil CPU Mindset (Customer Excellence, Proactive in Approach, Sense of Urgency).
- Effective Relationship with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with the Sarawak Electricity Ordinance, OSH Act and relevant legislations.
- Preferably working experience in enforcement / customer service environment (or comparable experience).
