• Deliver project controls functions according to the requirements of FEL Generation Project(s).
• Facilitate cost estimating and control, schedule development and control, project reporting, risk management, change management and interface management.
• Contribute to the preparation of DG document packages & paper, project CCE updates and GEC/Board papers; and ensure quality control on the contents and formats.
• Prepare cost estimates, change orders related to time and budget, invoices, construction productivity, physical engineering/construction progress and commissioning progress etc.
• Develop Work Programme/Schedule for project under Execution phase.
• Prepare Monthly Project Cost Report and ensure correct charging.
• Prepare CAPEX yearly forecast and subsequent update and review.
• Update, monitor and control of the project work schedule.
• Regular update the risk register, project reports, cost control, schedule monitoring and controls in order to provide review to project team for impact mitigation exercise.
• Provide input to continuous improvement, standardization and digitalization of project control processes and tools.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years working experience including 2 years in Project Management.
• Able to demonstrate hands-on experience in project management of construction projects in the areas of project controls, contract management, engineering management, safety management or construction management.
• Able to operate Primavera P6 for basic project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in managing projects across a complex portfolio of sites &/or projects or on large projects is an advantage.
