- Contract Administration
o Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
o Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Contract Drafting
o Ensure contracts are aligned with SEB objectives and complying with PPP.
- Vendor Management
o Resolve disputes and issues with vendors in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Legal Support
o Work closely with legal to address legal issues and disputes.
o Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, legal, finance and operations.
o Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and contract reviews as needed.THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES (PROBLEM-SOLVING):
- Analyse complex information, identify trends and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with contracts.
- Find solutions to contract-related challenges, such as optimising contract terms, negotiating favorable agreements and developing alternative approaches.
- Work effectively across both internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Clarify ambiguous contract terms, resolving contractual disputes and managing expectations.
- Manage communication challenges, fostering transparency, and building trust among stakeholders to enhance collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Accounting or Engineering is preferred, though other degrees may be considered.
