• Responsible and accountable as a team member working closely with stakeholders as an effective and efficient technical member including feasibility studies, consult local authorities for approval, develop design drawings in CAD & tender specification preparation, proposal evaluation, ensuring project deliverables and targets are met.
• Procuring and contracting of services through SEPRO and SAP systems in compliance with Company\'s PPG.
• Responsible for construction surveillance for installations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, good engineering practices and within contract specification for satisfactory operation and maintenance as well as to verify engineering work done, establish formal handover of the project, and proper contract closing.
• Effective coordination with all the stakeholders/ multi- disciplines including technical/ review meetings, updating progress report regularly to ensure projects are completed safely on time, within budget and meeting quality standard.

• Ensure that the project process documents are issued and complete; accordingly update and current, and are properly registered, categorised, filed and archived.

• Upkeep and maintain site records, detailed maintenance inventory documents on monthly basis.
• Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Willing to work overtime (long hours), during public holidays and weekends as needs arise and as instructed by superior.
• Willing to be transferred/ relocated to other regions and locations assigned by superior.

• Any other task / duties may be required from time to time due to the nature of works at the division.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• University degree (Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or equivalent).
• Possess minimum 10 years of experience working on the technical and engineering aspects of power systems in the various project phases (including minimum 5 years in electrical design).
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) with Board of Engineers Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Words, Excel and Power Point.
• Experienced of local utilities rules, regulations and design guides.
