• Deliver project controls functions, as assigned by the Project Controls Manager, to the satisfaction of the Project Director/Managers of FEL Generation Project(s).
• Lead & facilitate cost estimating and control, schedule development and control, project reporting, risk management and change management.
• Coordinate with wide range of internal and external stakeholders including SEB Project Team and Corporate function, Contractors and Regulatory bodies.
• Review and analyze cost estimates, change orders related to time and budget, invoices, construction productivity, physical engineering / construction progress and commissioning progress etc.
• Prepare Monthly Project Cost Report and ensure correct charging in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare CAPEX yearly forecast and subsequent update and review in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop Work Programme/Schedule for different project phases.
• Update, monitor and control of the project work schedule.
• Lead and contribute to the preparation of DG document packages, project CCE updates and GEC/Board papers and provide quality control on the contents and formats.
• Regular update the risk register, project reports, cost control, schedule monitoring and controls in order to provide review and highlight to project team for impact mitigation exercise.
• Analyzes cost and schedule variances in performance against the plan and communicates to the Project team on delays and propose mitigation plan to minimize the impact.
• Provide input to standardization and digitalization of project control processes and tools.
• Supports the Projects Controls Manager in providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to project team.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE (KNOW-HOW):

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Professional Certification is an advantage.
• Certification in Project Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years working experience including 3 years in Project Management.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in project management of construction projects in the areas of project controls, contract management, engineering management, safety management or construction management.
• Proficiency in operating Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling
• 3 years of experience in industrial construction in various areas of project management.
• Experience in managing projects across a complex portfolio of sites &/or projects or on large projects an advantage.
