JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.
2. To review, evaluate and make recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by
the contractors and suppliers.
3. To assist in ensuring the accuracy of consultant\'s cost estimates prior to tender/ quotation
calling to ensure design and material specified are within allocated budget.
4. To prepare letter of confirmation and/or letter of award or work order when necessary and
ensure timely award & contract binding.
5. Assist in overseeing projects\' cost control including presentation of variation orders for
management approval.
6. Assist in monitoring project progress and timeline including preparation and presentation
of extension of time for management approval.
7. To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract
and variation order.
8. To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.
9. To evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
10. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
and management

12. To monitor all contractual issue of the project undertaken and to review the main contract
and subcontractor and documentation and negotiation.

13. Review terms of contract and capable of handling contract administration, construction
claims, legal and contractual issues.
14. Preparation of tender submissions which includes checking tender documents
and attending tender interviews and preparing tender report.
15. Coordinate and monitor with consultant and or project teams from conceptual to
tender award.
16. Preparing monthly project financial statements, project performance reports, final accounts.
17. Sourcing and purchasing of materials at best prices and ensuring on-time
