$ 13,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Performing and managing contract review on all projects prior to commencement
assist in negotiation of project claims and variation orders (VO) to clients with respect to validity, time and cost estimates and maintaining full record
Issuing letter correspondence to clients /subcontractors
Min Diploma or Degree in related studies
Min 7-10yr of experience in contract management in infrastructure and construction industry
Age below 40
Must e able to speak in Mandarin as the project owner is from China
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified Requirements
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 7 years of experience
- Language(s): Mandarin Chinese
- Availability to travel: Yes
