Your Responsibilities Lead and drive team members to: Provide contractual support to Key account team. Set in place progress claim process to ensure smooth operations. Early proactive claim of down payment. Ensure timely and regular progress claims. Maximizing key accounts certification by being involve in claims and valuation process. To keep track on receiving reasonable & timely certification value from all parties (Architect, Consultant Engineers, Consultant QS and Main Contractors) Be involve in negotiation, discussion and engagement pertaining to claims, certification and other contract management issues with the key stake holders. Ensure all variation works are in accordance to contract requirement, claimed and paid accordingly. For Temporary Usage of lifts and other claims, ensure supplementary contract are accepted. Participate in Project Meeting and Credit Control Meeting. Review new tender or award contract requirement. Negotiate on unacceptable terms. Support Sales Team on contract terms. Ensure proper documentation, records and retention in compliance with Retention Policy. Storing in both hard copy and soft copy. Ensure timely processing of the various IT ERP system such as SAP, SPAN, CCM, IMS etc. Ensure proper documentation, records and retention in compliance with Retention Policy. Assist in closure of backlogs. Guide and coach Commercial Team. Prepare analytics, analysis reports and other measures to track of performance including submission to head office. Carry out monthly review to ensure process compliance and correct input of data. Take lead in dispute management including liaising with consultants and disputing party. Assist in insurance claims support. Assist in negotiation of problematic jobs. Ensure commercial administrative works are completed such as filling, compiling documents, fax, sending out claims etc. Track and manage performance of team, regular review of work and deliverables. SHAPE (system) KPI - Weekly clearing up to achieve Group requirements. We Elevate... Your Best Self Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Minimum 5 years work experience with Developer, Contractor or Consultant. Degree with an added Master or Legal. Experience in credit control, litigation and negotiations is advantageous. Have managed direct reports in a contract administration setup. 8 years of diversified experience in developer/ main contractor handling large projects ( RM100 Million) Mix previous experience with Developer, consultant and contractor will be an added advantage.
