Job Description

The Control Engineer to report to Engineering Manager and is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.

I. DAILY TASK

Designing and developing new control systems Testing, maintaining, and modifying existing systems. Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities Purchasing equipment Writing computer software and test procedures Developing new business proposals Developing Single Line Diagrams.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of our PLC software and hardware team to support the project design and development, installation, commissioning and upgrading factory automation equipment and other machine assemblies for customers in various industries. Develop electrical designs to meet customers' requirements. Involved in each phase of the PLC software and electrical hardware development process right up to equipment buy-off including post technical support. Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing projects in timely manner to ensure schedules and customers' requirements are met.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Possess minimum Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer science or an equivalent degree in a related technical field. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the factory automation industry. Experience in PLC programming, preferably Siemens and Allen Bradley platform will be an added advantage Eplan, Autocad Drafting will be an added advantage Digital electronics design, power electronics design, like power supply. Fresh graduates are most welcome.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
