Role Summary: Collect orders from Sales Team member in order to meet the allocation. Check price (and approval, if required). Enter order in the SAP system according to customer PO. Release quotation to customer. Convert quotation to Sales Order. Create PO to mill.

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the sales team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
