Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for consulting to Company's Legal Identities,
Advise, review and draft contracts/legal documentation for all company transactions and operational matters
Enforce continuous protection of the Group's interests while upholding business, competitiveness, high-level planning and strategic initiatives
Interpret, analyse, identify, apply and resolve issues arising under the law and regulatory requirements
Provide updates on laws/ regulatory matters that may affect the Group of Companies
Handle legal matters such as mergers & acquisitions, corporate projects, new investments and shareholders'/joint venture related issues as and when necessary
Provide Counsel, Assistance and Support in creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliance and support enforcement of global compliance policies that are applicable across multiple departments.
Oversee legal matters for related companies
Enforce Integrity and Compliance.
Built and maintain a good business relationship with all the various internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the interest of the Group of Companies
Responsible for the periodic assessment of all Company Policies and related procedures
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university, a master degree will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in professional services industry.
Excellent understanding of corporate law
Excellent communication skill
Registered CLP holder or BAR council member
