  • Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • With min 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders\' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
  • Update and maintain clients\' company statutory registers and records
  • Perform KYC and Due Diligence for clients
  • Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
  • Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and filling of annual return
  • Remind clients of filing deadlines
  • Perform other corporate or business-related requests as required
  • Compilation of Unaudited Financial Statements
  • Maintain all documents in proper files
  • Provide support in other accounting duties when required
