Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
With min 2 years relevant working experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders\' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters
Update and maintain clients\' company statutory registers and records
Perform KYC and Due Diligence for clients
Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and filling of annual return
Remind clients of filing deadlines
Perform other corporate or business-related requests as required
Compilation of Unaudited Financial Statements
Maintain all documents in proper files
Provide support in other accounting duties when required
