Filing& photocopy, faxing of documents as requested. b. Relief other Production Clerk duties as when required. c. Distribution of documents & co-ordination with workers, supervisors, Head of Department/Manager and Central Administration & Accounts Department. d. Updating/Prepare the Daily Production Report and extend to HOD/Manager for review. e. To assist Production Supervisors, Senior, Head of Dept. / Mangers in administration duties. f. Monitoring consumables/tools/stationery for the department/division. ii. Assisting in Daily workers/monthly staff documentation co-ordination for the Department / Division: a. Workers/staff Employment & Resignation record updating and documentation preparation for submission to HR Admin for every resignation. b. Updating/monitoring annual leave/medical leave on staff/workers in complying with company policies/procedure. Leave application/medical certificate must be extended to HR/Admin on next day once the leave was approved by HOD. c. Collection of Pre-approved OT forms from all production section and submit to HR Admin Dept. on the same day. d. Prepared/recording the roll call report on daily basis and email the softcopy to HR/Admin dept on weekly basis latest by Tuesday Morning on following week. e. Preparing/Checking the Summary Timesheet based on roll call report/punch cards for staff/worker for calculation based on company policies/procedure and submits to HR/Admin Dept on monthly basis latest by 7th of the following month for Staff and 23rd of the following month for workers. f. Prepare Duty Roaster schedule for shift if any before end of the month and a copy of the said duly signed duty roaster extend to HR/Admin dept latest by 30th of the month. g. Tracking current absents, report to HOD/Managers and prepare of Borang Perihal signing by Supervisor, HOD, Manager and submit to HR Admin immediately. 2) Responsible to ensure, co-ordinate and follow up on all departmental documentation are in order and ensuring all documents are recorded/prepared/maintaining as per company procedure compliance. 3) Responsible and co-ordinate with staff and seniors for timely submission of accurate Department/Division\xe2\x80\x99s Responsibility Reports with seniors and mmonitoring Accounting document including: a. Updating/Preparing /reconcile Monthly Stock Report and submit to A/C Dept latest by 7th of the following month. b. Record/Filling all accounting related documents in sequence. c. Preparing of claims and submit to a/c department for reimbursement. d. To assist Senior/HOD and ensure Monthly Production report submited to management latest by 7th of the following month. 4) Any other duties as assigned by immediate Seniors / HOD / Managers from time to time.
