JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding Maintenance dynamics and work structure
• Understanding of Procurement procedure and contract management
• Contractor management experience is required
• Evaluation of Contractor procedure.
• Inventory and warehouse management as well as taking care of minimum stock, especially for safety and business-critical spare parts.
• Critical analysis of cost for APEX / CAPEX analysis
• Understanding of what triggers expenditures, how to control them, and suggest possible improvement points.
• Good understanding of GL accounts and how they relate to the Maintenance department
• Tag Id Generation and management.
• High-level understanding of maintenance Assets and equipment interactions.
• Budget generation and forecast.
• PO Generation and invoice management. Customs process and tax knowledge are required.
• Office manager for the E&M department
• Department documentation filing and reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years and above of experience relevant to Accounting or Costing background and industries
• Diploma or Degree in a related field
• An engineering background is preferred
• Must be able to communicate in English well due to the multi-national environment
• Must be analytical, good with numbers, excel for analysis
• Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and cost consciousness
• Good in Time Management and a team player
