Job description

I am representing our client to recruit for a Country HR Manager. Our client is an multinational industrial business in Klang that has approximately 130 employees and is likely to expand rapidly in the next year. Revenue is approximately $20b for operations in all countries. This role will be responsible for 1 subordinate and report in to regional HR with a dotted line to local leadership.

For an ideal candidate to be successful, the applicant must have experience in the full spectrum of HR which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial & employee relations and training & development. Good stakeholder management is also very important to collaborate with site leaders and employees at all levels. Minimum of 8 years of experience, at 3 years in a people management role would be advantageous.
