Job Description
Growing the business for the Thailand region in agriculture heavy machinery.
Key Account Management
- Provide product and service advice to new customers
- Achieve revenue targets within designated market
- Maintain customer prospect database
- Act as first point of contact for dealers and other partners
- Prepare and review customer contracts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new and existing partners
- Develop, expand and maintain dealer network
- Close communication, follow up and coaching of dealer network and end users
- Collaborate with direct management in APAC region
- Cooperate with the functional peers in HQ Norway
- Conduct market analysis and research
- Develop country specific sales strategies
- Revenue and product forecasting in Salesforce
Personal skills
- Minimum Bachelors degree, engineering or business disciplines
- 5-10 years of relevant sales or business development experience
- Relevant network within agricultural/industrial machinery is an advantage
- Interest to acquire new knowledge
- Hardworking, proactive and loyal
- Willingness to travel in APAC region
- Based in Kuala Lumpur
- Experienced in a multinational environment
- Excellent Thai and English written and spoken
