Business Management

• Oversee all aspects of our business including, but not limited to, sales, financials, business development, operations, supply chain, etc. in conjunction with our Group CEO and MD (based in Thailand)
• Develop and execute Malaysia strategy across all functions
• Lead and grow our young, dynamic team to be the best in Malaysia
• Our team in Malaysia will report to you, so you will be evaluating their performance.

Business Development

• You will be managing landlords\' relationships and identifying potential store-opening locations
• Manage relationships with our partners (food aggregators, suppliers, etc.)
• Work with our Marketing team to grow sales sustainably and expand the business through other channels
• Identify new business opportunities for the brand

People Management

• Coach and manage the performance of our team
• Plan all hirings to accommodate the growth of the business
• Other duties to be assigned as needed

• Minimum 5 years in Retail, Food or Hospitality
• Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results
• Resourceful, energetic, and eager to drive impact

• Strong business acumen with adept problem-solving skills
• Inclusive team player in an empowered start-up environment
• Proficient analytical skills for financial and operational analyses
• Travel within Malaysia especially Klang Valley
