Job Description


Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Creative Manager is responsible for driving innovation and creativity in all aspects of the food and beverage offerings within the organization. This role involves developing unique concepts, designing visually appealing presentations, and overseeing the implementation of creative strategies to enhance the dining experience and elevate the overall brand image.

Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development:

  • Lead the ideation and development of innovative food and beverage concepts that align with the organization\'s vision and target market.
  • Collaborate with culinary experts, mixologists, and other stakeholders to create unique and on-trend menu items and beverage selections.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging culinary and mixology innovations.
2. Menu Design and Presentation:
  • Design visually appealing and cohesive menus that reflect the brand\'s identity and elevate the dining experience.
  • Ensure that menus are user-friendly, accessible, and informative for guests.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and informative menu descriptions.
3. Beverage Program Development:
  • Develop and curate a comprehensive beverage program, including signature cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings.
  • Work closely with the bar team to create visually stunning and delicious cocktails.
4. Food Presentation and Plating:
  • Work with the culinary team to design creative and attractive food presentation and plating techniques.
  • Ensure that each dish\'s visual elements enhance its overall appeal and align with the brand\'s aesthetics.
5. Branding and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visually compelling food and beverage marketing materials, such as social media content, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all creative materials align with the brand\'s guidelines and messaging.
6. Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and themed dining experiences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
7. Training and Development:
  • Train and educate staff members on food and beverage presentation techniques and the importance of creativity in enhancing the guest experience.
  • Foster a creative culture among the team and encourage continuous improvement.
8. Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular reviews of food and beverage presentations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency and high standards in all creative aspects of the food and beverage offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience in a creative role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of culinary trends, mixology, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and other creative tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
