Job Description

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital graphic design, with a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs for digital media
• Possesses good skill in copywriting
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Has at least some experience in creating corporate posters (and corporate videos: bonus)

Responsibilities

• In charge of company social media and able to lead and plan weekly social media postings according to task briefs by top management or relevant departments.
• Conceptualize and create compelling designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to: websites, social media, advertisements, brochures/flyers, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually stunning and cohesive designs that align with brand identity and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and elevate design concepts.
• Work closely with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure accurate production and implementation of design assets.
• Performing any other tasks that may be requested by the superior from time to time.
