Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments. \xe2\x80\xa2 To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments. \xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme \xe2\x80\xa2 Make a plan on how you collect the customer\xe2\x80\x99s debt (payment). \xe2\x80\xa2 Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Persuade, negotiate and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM with good credits or possess Diploma/Graduates in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work long hours and weekends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the related field will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and numerate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 High communication skill needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be aggressive and fast learner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training provided for those without experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should not have any Police / Criminal Record / Bad Loans with FI.
