Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate,
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Excellent knowledge in debt collection or customer services
-Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
-Contact the clients directly for settlement and collection of losses timely and negotiate a repayment schedule whenever necessary.
-Manage losses through rehabilitation / recovery actions with a view to maximize the collection.
-Prepare / compile various internal and external statistical / management reports to the Senior Management.
-Ensure compliance with regulators and internal guidelines and policies.
-Involve and handle other related portfolios / assignments / projects (including those ad hoc in nature)
-To perform any tasks assigned by superior as and when required.
Working Hour :
*Monday - Friday 9.30am-6.00pm
*Saturday 9.00am-7.00pm (schedule 1st & 4th week)
*Commission every 15th every month
