- Responsible for conducting detailed research on the financial history of businesses and individuals to determine their creditworthiness.
- Take actions on customer\xe2\x80\x99s accounts / processing customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests.
- Process accurately with the required productivity.
- To adhere to all quality control measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Perform relative incoming /outgoing calls based on task assigned in accordance to Calling queue/ Phone Verification Matrix.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external customer.
- Salary Range: RM2100-RM2650
- Hybrid working model (2 days WFH)
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential as required to support Hong Kong market.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
