Klinik Pergigian U.n.i Dental Petra Jaya is a growing dental clinic focused on delivering excellent patient care and service experience. We are looking for a

Customer Care Assistant (CCA)

who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling patient communication and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins in a professional manner. Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations. Follow up with patients on treatment plans, payments, and reminders. Assist in explaining available dental services, promotions, and payment options. Update and maintain patient records accurately in the clinic system. Coordinate with the clinical and front desk team to ensure smooth patient flow. Manage basic sales-related tasks, including lead follow-ups and conversion tracking. Ensure all patient interactions reflect a positive and professional clinic image.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude.

Moderate to advanced computer skills, especially Google Sheets

(data entry, basic formulas, tracking, and reporting). Comfortable working with WhatsApp Business, email, and clinic management systems. Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare is an advantage but not required.

Candidates may be required to demonstrate basic Google Sheets skills during the selection process.

Added Advantage

Experience in dental or medical customer service. Basic knowledge of dental treatments (e.g. scaling, filling, extraction, braces, whitening).
