Attend to inbound calls regarding banking products, services, and general inquiries.
Support customers with account details, transactions, card matters, digital banking, and other related services.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or escalate when required.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet service quality benchmarks and call handling KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma; Degree is an advantage.
Prior customer service or call centre experience (banking preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
