Role: Customer Support - Japanese Language (Native)

Location: Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office)

Experience: 2+ Years

  • Respond to customer inquiries (how to join, how to cancel membership, troubleshooting streaming devices, answering questions about campaigns, etc.).
  • Respond via chat or phone.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support (PC use, phone, email, chat)
  • Academic background commensurate with visa requirements (high school graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience, vocational or junior college with at least 2 years of relevant experience).
  • Native level Japanese Language, English daily conversation level
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude towards everything.
PC skills and basic IT skills.
