Job Description


Responsibilities: 1.Answer customer calls, emails, and chats to provide assistance and resolve queries 2. Manage customer expectations and ensure that all queries are handled within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) 3.Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management 4.Manage overall case handling and follow-up with customers, banks, external clients, and channel partners 5.Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Financial and Insurance products 6.Collaborate with team members to ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently 7.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the system 8.Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information Requirements: 1.High school diploma or equivalent 2.1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4.Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and call center systems 5.Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills 6.Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays 7.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs
