- Your role is to deliver happiness to people through great customer experience
- Relationship building with customers with the objective of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure high quality of services and assist with other administrative duties as required
- Respond to customers\' enquiries/technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the registration targets and call targets are met for each event
- Identify and communicate customers\' feedback to a higher authority
- Perform payment follow-up with existing paid clients and new clients.
- Attention to detail in ensuring the quality standards and objectives of the project are met
- Assisted office personnel and administrative affairs including scheduling events calendar and office supply procurement if required
- Proficiency in speaking and writing - Preferably English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in G Suite applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player but also able to work independently to complete tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Fresh graduate & interns welcome to apply
- Day shift
- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
