Main Responsibilities
Campaign Management
: Plan, manage, and execute backend programming for monthly loyalty promotions and campaigns within the app, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
Data Analysis
: Track, analyze, and report on loyalty program performance, including member engagement, redemption rates, and sales impact. Provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work with internal teams, brand partners, suppliers, and merchandisers to align campaign goals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure sufficient inventory. Partner with app developers to manage system upgrades and enhancements.
Content Management
: Collaborate with the Marketing team to update app content (banners, offers, news) and other marketing collaterals, ensuring fresh, engaging, and relevant communication to drive app usage and loyalty program awareness.
Member Support
: Liaise with the Customer Service team to address loyalty app member inquiries and feedback, ensuring a seamless and rewarding customer experience.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record in brand promotion and program management.
Background in managing loyalty apps or customer lifecycle programs is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies from insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
